 This Guatemalan coffee is sourced from different farms within the region of Huehuetenango and it is known for its clean and bright acidity.  Strictly hard bean Arabica varieties of Bourbon and Caturra, grown at elevations of 1624-1830 masl. 

Process: Washed, Sun-dried

Flavor notes:  Brown Sugar, Milk Chocolate, Orange

Body: Light

Acidity: Bright
